We carry only what we believe to be the finest woodturning products available in today's marketplace.  If any product that you purchase from us fails due to faulty workmanship or does not meet your expectations within 60 days after your purchase, feel free to return it to us for a refund, credit or merchandise exchange.  We want you to be completely satisfied with your purchase

We try to keep all listed items (except for lathes) in stock.  Items not in stock will be back ordered and filled as soon as possible.  These items will be shipped to you by standard FedEx Home Delivery or UPS ground transportation at no additional cost.

Your credit card will be billed as One Good Turn.

Should you need to return merchandise:

• You will be responsible for all return shipping charges
• A copy of the original invoice must accompany the shipment along with a return goods authorization number.  Call us to obtain an return goods authorization number.
• Items must be returned in their original packaging
• Lathes, special order items and items costing more than $500 will be subject to a 15% restocking fee.
